I use 43gr. RL15 with a 175SMK,Fed210M and a Lapua case. Less than 1/2 moa @300yards. GAP TIS w/24 inch Rock barrel. Varget hasn't been consistent for me. That said, case volume varies quite a bit between Winchester,RP, Lapua and Lake City. I have better results with the 175SMK and the 155 scenar than I could get with the 168SMK.

Case volume and seating depth can really effect pressure. Not to mention that the AI chamber may not be as tight as my GAP chamber and I believe there would be more freebore.-45.3 would be a compressed load in Lapua brass and would be way too hot in my stick-even with the 168SMK.

As long as you aren't getting a hard bolt lift or other pressure signs-use what shoots best.Quick load is helpful, but I find it does "seem" to be very conservative.

Now that I have an AI in 338LM-I REALLY want one in 308!!

Bill for what its worth, im running 45.7 grains of RE15 out of my 19 inch Rock on a Badger Action with the 155 Scenars and pushing them around 2850...no pressure signs as of yet and the load hammers.

could I ask what is the fps your seeing ? 2600?? </div></div>

I haven't chronoed it,but that's about spot on. I got decent dope on it out to 700 yards. Lapua brass while outstanding quality doesn't have the capacity of winchester. I'd use the 155 scenar for F-class.
