MDT ACC Chassis

Is the FDE Cerakote option the magpul FDE (H-267Q) or regular FDE (H-265Q). I know its minimal but I have an action done in Magpul and Im just curious.
For Flat Dark Earth (FDE) We used H267 and for Graphite Black (BLK) we use H146.
We use a mix ratio of 20:1

Maybe I skipped over it, but did a shorter LOP version of the skeleton stock come out for us with short arms? That's the only thing I wish I could change on my ACC... a shorter friend version would be nice as well eventually. My 16.5" 223 with a supressor cant fit in the chassis, but I absolutely love the chassis, but wish the LOP would fit me better. Great products.. waiting this winter to get a 2nd ACC for a prs tac class build.

Yes, it is out now. Thank you for the feedback; we will consider it.

Finally went black for my new build. The upcharge for OD green had a lot to do with my choice, but I'm quite happy with the result.

Very nice looking rifle. Is that a TriggerTech Diamond with flat shoe hidden behind all that goodness...I love mine. I wanted to go with the folder stock....but didn't know how well the lock up was for stiffness....if future reviews are great...I'll most likely get one with my next chassis. I went with the adjustable grip...mainly because of the angle.

Ordered the bag rider yesterday....probably spend a fortune on weights soon as well.

Diamond it is, the best mankind progress since round wheel! As for the folding stock, this one is a bit less stiff than an other one I have on an ESS. It folds more easily. When locked, I don't see any difference though. I will neved go with a fixed stock again, folders are so convenient. If you buy one from MDT and don't like it, really unlikely, you could send it back for a full refund. No brainer.

I now have two ACC's. One that has all the weights added and another that has none of the weights - totally different setups both of which shine in their respective use cases.

Had a minor hiccup with the rail spec on one chassis but MDT took care of it fast.

The adjustability is phenomenal. I never thought I'd move away from carbon stocks, and they still rule for certain applications, but I've sold one Manners and will be putting another up for sale since getting the ACC 's, they are that good.

They are pretty awesome, super tuneable to most situations. This was the lightest I could get mine with current components. Maybe I could lose another ~.5lbs if I take off the bag rider and raptor rail. Not the lightest hunting setup of all time but manageable with a good pack.

Is that a coating or anodize? I want it...

So, my bag rider came in today for my MDT ACC. I ordered the Steel instead of the Aluminum for two reasons. One, I wanted the extra weight at the rear. Two, I think the steel will scar less when beat around in comps.

Took about 15 seconds to install. Looks and feels great. It's going to be absolutely beautiful here today...so maybe I should go outside and test it out on the range.

Anyone happen to have a photo of the ACC with the Crimson Red cerakote?

We are looking at updating the website to have actual pictures of chassis in all the colors. If you're looking for the red, it is a standard Cerakote color, the code is H-221 if you wanted to check out their website until we are updated.

Say I have an ACC in gray, can I send it back and have it changed to red?

We have custom colors available to order on the site we don't have a repaint option but if you contact a Cerakoter in your area you would be able to get it repainted whatever color you would like, the red is Cerakote color H-221

Possibly a silly question but, if I have a Bighorn SA action does this qualify as a Rem 700 footprint sized action and therefore can be used in the ACC? Also, does this chassis take AW/AX mags?

Lastly, have you all heard whether or not they're going to make a ACC that takes an AIAT action?

Regards

Q: Possibly a silly question but, if I have a Bighorn SA action does this qualify as a Rem 700 footprint sized action and therefore can be used in the ACC?

A: Yes, absolutely! Just drop it in and tighten the action screws and you're back on the range!

Q: Also, does this chassis take AW/AX mags?

A: Yes. The AW's are the same profile and should latch in with zero issues out of the box. I cannot speak to the AX's unfortunately, but if they are the same profile and your action will accept them, then you should be all set.

Q: Lastly, have you all heard whether or not they're going to make a ACC that takes an AIAT action?

A: There are no plans for this inlet yet due to limited requests. If you'd like to request we make an inlet for it, be sure to let us know by following this link!

Thanks for the quick reply!
