Is it more likely that this truly is just the chassis base, and the price is incorrect, or the price is correct and it's for the full chassis?

Paige, I appreciate your efforts, but I believe the follow-up should have been initiated by your teams end unto my last email. Unfortunately, this experience did not sit well with me. While the issue may seem minor for $15, I’ve invested thousands in my build and was looking to buy from you guys too, as I’m sure many other customers have, in purchases from your company. On principle, it’s frustrating that I’m required to do more legwork rather than MDT making the process straightforward.

I have already replied to my previous email to you guys requesting a full cancellation and had also initiated a dispute with my credit card company, as I prefer not to waste further time. I am hoping your team can cancel the order before it ships, given the ample notice from my emails, to avoid any future complications. I rather purchase from a different vendor the products I am looking for at this point.

Hopefully you guys can work on the shortcomings. I believe you can but it's not fully refined yet.

Due to the extreme number of requests we are getting at the moment, it will take us a little longer then usual to respond back to emails. To get this resolved, the fastest way would be to re-email off the current email you have open, as we would have all your information right there to process your refund.

We would have been more then happy to refund your $15 for your second shipping charge, but I understand your frustration with the miss communication on our end. We will make sure to get to your email as soon as we can and get this resolved for you.

Once again, we are sorry if there was any confusion or misunderstanding and I will make sure this is passed onto the customer support team so they are able to look into it further.

Just refund and cancel the clowns whole order and black list, already stated he filed a dispute over not getting orders combined to save $15.

😂. This is long past any point to even circle back to. It wasn't about exactly the money. At the time it was bit of frustration. 1.) It was my first experience ever with MDT and It didn't go very well for the Black Friday drop but whatever. 2.) It got to me at the time when a customer service rep basically said spend more to make it right for next time during a day when everyone had complaints and a simple "hey we can fix that" could have been done - very easy to do on an invoice. At first I wasn't even expecting a reply same day but I got the email and it was a point blank response. It was a also day CS knew there were tensions from the craziness. $15, $100, $1000. It didntt matter the actual cost as it was a personal principal of service that day.
(Edit: a dispute was put in my cc as I requested to cancel the order via email and wanted ensure nothing was processed through on my end - maybe they would ship the order through the madness which id want to return and then have to deal with maybe partial refund or spending to ship back. All reasonable. It wasn't exactly a smooth experience that day.)
Ive moved past it already, got what I needed somewhere else, and Its days gone. Let it go lol

I hope I’m not being teased by MDT. 8-10 week backorder and my UPS label was created yesterday. Don’t be getting my hopes up MDT, antlerless season starts next Thursday and then another season during Christmas and new years. Would be nice to have the stocks for those but if not I’ll survive, I’ve gone this long LOL.
 
Anyone still waiting for factory seconds to be shipped? Been a month and a half at this point and I’m curious as to how a factory second hasn’t shipped.
