I like the old front engine dragsters but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to seriously drive one. Instead, it'd be neat to have a replica of the Coleman Bros dragster, or perhaps an early version of Swamp Rat 14 (no rear spoiler). I can think of so many stupid engines I'd run in one of those, just for the hell of it.

Is/was it common to use galvanized pipe and fittings and non-safety wired Castle Nuts on them ?
