Hubba hubba hubba!
I like the old front engine dragsters but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to seriously drive one. Instead, it'd be neat to have a replica of the Coleman Bros dragster, or perhaps an early version of Swamp Rat 14 (no rear spoiler). I can think of so many stupid engines I'd run in one of those, just for the hell of it.
Chevy Vega in high humidity??
I'm not an "in the know" guy when it comes to the finer points of race engines. But........I like the old front engine dragsters but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to seriously drive one. A Crap-illac I restored some time ago.It would be fine if they actually posted pics of cool cars. Hint hint to them.
Not a lot of rules back in those days. The galvanized pipes you see are the vents for the water jacket. They are mounted where the water pump would normally mount. Some guys filled the blocks and heads with concrete when they did away with the cooling system. It was not uncommon to see concrete blocks racing into the late 70's early 80's.I'm not an "in the know" guy when it comes to the finer points of race engines. But........
