Which flying jay exactly…………asking for a friend.@akmike47 will do that with your dick for 25 cents. He is in stall #3 at the Flying Jay truck stop on Friday nights.
Retards don’t even know it’s Flying J...Which flying jay exactly…………asking for a friend.
Even top fuel replaces displacement with higher RPMs, forced air, and more fuel huge valves and other technology. If displacement couldn’t be replaced they'd have to build engines with 5 gallon bucket sized pistons.
It’s like you aren’t even aware of how that saying came to be...
I’ve said multiple times just because they both run 1/4 mile it doesn’t make them direct competitors. Also more power doesn’t come from just higher displacement but you very obviously don’t know that. Even gave more similar and just s stupid example she to prove a point.
Also you obviously don’t even know how to use the term “straw man argument”
“A straw man fallacy occurs when someone takes another person’s argument or point, distorts it or exaggerates it in some kind of extreme way, and then attacks the extreme distortion, as if that is really the claim the first person is making.”
The only person taking anything to any sort of extreme is you. no one else took your argument to an extreme or tried to claim you’re making another point, it was paralleled to show the stupidity of your comments. We were talking small displacement high horse power and your little dick syndrome made you pipe up with “muh top fuel! No replacement for displacement!”
This post is literally a straw man argument, you look like more and more of a moron with each post lol.“A straw man fallacy occurs when someone takes another person’s argument or point, distorts it or exaggerates it in some kind of extreme way, and then attacks the extreme distortion, as if that is really the claim the first person is making.”

Original post - there's no replacement for displacement is outdatedmy response-while that's kinda true.. If you spin your wheels you're not moving, so extra displacement is wasted.But..On the other hand, I don't see any Toyotas in the winner's circle in the 1/4 mile going against Force Drag Racingdistorts it or exaggerates it in some kind of extreme way

This post is literally a straw man argument.
I think you’re actually stupid.
Rear steer would be a horrible idea, they have front wheel steering still they just don’t have as much angleView attachment 7983050
Hope he has the worlds most powerful power-steering pump!
Didn’t watch the vid, but maybe it’s steered from the rear.
No worries, it only goes on the track. BTW it's rev limited to only make 363 HP at the wheel.Just don’t spin into any crowds doing burnouts![]()

It based on HP to weight. ST3 class is 10 to 1 ratio. I have tried to race ST2 which is 8 to 1 ratio. However, the best I could get the car was 9 to 1 which it was original designed for until they change the rules to have a larger gap in between classes. I have seen ST3 cars, mostly drivers, destroy ST2 cars/ drivers. I believe that was the main reason for the change. Still to this day though some ST3 drivers are faster in their ST3 cars than the ST2 drivers. I should add money can only buy a fast car. A fast driver must learn to be fast and some are natural and faster learners than others. Why do they do that? Class rule obviously, but is it supposed to make it more of a drivers class? That’s also an oddly specific number, how the hell did they decide on that?
I know next to nothing about road racing.

I have been lucky on the track. However, it's too damn expensive now for me to compete and raise a family. I hired a professional race driver to coach me and I was able to learn very quickly from him. It is amazing how you can feel the car doing what you want it to do and can catch it if you going over the edge. Fast drivers make fast cars go faster. And some drivers just have it.
They can feel car behavior that most can only read about…yes I’m jealous of them.
I feel cars doing shit all the time and most people act like I’m a moron lol. I can get fuel and feel the difference of having an extra 100 pounds back there. And some drivers just have it.

damn, you just love making stuff up, at least you know what the inside of your large intestine looks like. This post is literally a straw man argument, you look like more and more of a moron with each post lol.
I think you’re actually stupid. The saying isn’t from the 50s it was from decades before. It’s thought to have come from W.O. Bentley you moron, and dragsters the 50s didn’t have 11,000hp. Large displacement was needed because turbo/superchargers weren’t reliable or cheap/easy to get so you got around it with displacement. When they became reliable and more plentiful they became more widely used.
You don’t really know anything you parrot what you heard at some point.
I was supposed to race multiple times and some BS always happened and ruined it. Bought a Sprint car and they quit racing that class locally, guy was going to build me a modified...skipped town and I worked at his shopI have been lucky on the track. I won the race after this accident and scored the fastest track time in my class at NOLA raceway, lol

I never said it originated from the 50's; I said"The saying holds true, today, as it did in the 1950's at the DRAG STRIP"Once again, your words not minedragsters the 50s didn’t have 11,000hp <(the poorly written statement, was quoted verbatim, blame the writer)
No shit moron. Did you have to look this one up? I'm posting factual links from Modern top fuel drag cars.I never said they did, Once again, your words not mine

These links mean nothing really, ones about beating emissions. Just because a phrase is used doesn’t make it 100% fact. In fact there are replacements for displacement which we’ve discussed.
I didn’t have to look it up I’m not retarded
I didn’t look at any of your previous links because you’re a moron and continue to prove it.
That’s liberal playbook #1 play the victim. The also the old man move to make everything political after you say some stupid shit about unrelated subjects.
That’s liberal playbook #1 play the victim.
It wouldn’t be name calling if I said “hey retard” randomly I said you are retarded after you showed you are, that’s stating the obvious.
Yeah exactly put a sign up so people know how you’re feeling.
I’m not butt hurt at all, why would your stupidity make me angry and on the internet of all places?ahh butthurt your feelings

That is one of the biggest mistakes I see all the time. You can actually get a faster car on track it you put the right suspension and wide as fuck tires underneath the car. You can be faster than a car that has more displacement because everyone has got to turn on a road course, lefts and rightsView attachment 7983113
Way too much displacement

I just learned F1 cars are only 1.6L V6....holy shit. Not a smartass comment I don’t follow it. That’s crazy but that’s near 20,000 rpm, crazy electronics, and turbos for you I guessSo, the Hell Cat is what? Like a 426 CI motor? But what did they do to get the power out of it? Boost and tuners!! To get the same numbers they would need some more cubic inches and the gas mileage would suck.
And the original statement was... The saying is outdated. Even in top fuel. If I remember correctly it was John Force's team that designed the testing for their blowers to get the optimal performance out of them. All of those cars are computer run and the tuners spend as much time on computers as the engine builders.
Back in the early 2000s were used to watch that happen with the Corvettes and the Porsche 911‘s…. The corvettes would destroy them on the straight parts of the course but would get eaten alive in the turns. That is one of the biggest mistakes I see all the time. You can actually get a faster car on track it you put the right suspension and wide as fuck tires underneath the car. You can be faster than a car that has more displacement because everyone has got to turn on a road course, lefts and rights![]()
The US Grand Prix was this past weekend. 45 mph corner into the back stretch with the top speed at the end was over 200 mph in 8th gear.I just learned F1 cars are only 1.6L V6....holy shit. Not a smartass comment I don’t follow it. That’s crazy but that’s near 20,000 rpm, crazy electronics, and turbos for you I guess
My "daily" Kia out-runs Hellcats at the 1/8 strip. It isn't stock, but other than the performance (and my family), nobody knows. Est 450 HP but about 540 ft/lbs, right off idle. Twin-turbo V6 with an 8-speed auto that is as crisp as any dual-clutch hypercar I've ever driven. The ECU was modified by a local guy who does top-end AMG and M-cars, he wanted to get into this market. Mine was one of his early experiments.
My daughter and I race Autocross, I have won my class every time and it's heavy as a pig (4200lbs or so). It's AWD and I would never buy a non-AWD performance car (this isn't my first.) It's faster than a mid-2000's Lamborghini or R8 (and I've driven them, on racetracks)..
We have other cars with more "power" in the family and regularly run them at the strip, but they are awful to drive up in the mountains. My Stinger drives like it's on rails and you have to *really* push the envelope to even get a twitch out of it. I can drift it, even with all the electronic goodies enabled. One day the exhaust broke on her Corvette so she rode with me on the course. I have video, she was yelling "oh my god" half way thru and to the end.
Pretty passionate about performance in our family, but I've never felt the desire to own an outright monster. My ex's brother has a Mach 1 and has invested tons in performance, but it only works in a straight line. We have several other "classics" with that kind of performance, one is a stick and I'm the only one that can extract the most of it at the strip (I grew up with manuals) but other than racing in a straight line or picking up my daughter when she was in middle school, it's not a fun car to drive. Sounds great..
3.3How many liters in the Kia?
They are impressive with the red key. Mopar has a bad rep for cam/lifter issues though. If you wanna goes balls deep on a mopar badge, get a helephantOK, I gotta question: is the Hellcat everything its cracked up to be? I was thinking I want one of the last Hellcat Durangos. My dog's ears and jowls need to flop fast from the passengers seat. He has needs.
