What series/class do you compete in? I pretty much only do local PCA autocross and track events at my private club these days.
I saw that, too.After my very recent big rattler encounter in the driveway at 0200, I ordered in some snake charmers in 22LR, 38special and 45ACP. They arrive tomorrow. About 4.5 feet!!! I have to admit that the first 2 AR15 rounds I got off were in a bit of a panic, mostly a reaction. He was real fucking close to me under my old pickup.

I was pulling a well when I looked down and noticed this little guy watching me from about two foot away.
He graciously donated his rattles for my rattle jar
The missus carries this when she takes the dogs for walks up the canyon
She is very comfortable with it and I have even carried it when I'm fencin' the creek.
Mainly for rattle snakes and porcupines but we are getting a healthy population of big cats and the occasional wolf is seen.
Getting pretty diverse around here since the Elk have moved in.
Unfortunately that isn’t my car. Something similar is on my wishlist though. I’d like to build a Cayman version of the Schirmer V8 GTNice!

Considering the price/availability of .410 shells and rat shot these days I'll just stick with my usual method of dealing with them by chopping their heads off with a machete.
It's much more cost effective and every bit as efficient.
Yep, once I get my truck sorted, that’s the next project… Some type of built motor for my Cayman R.
May be sacrilege to some to mess with a ‘collectible’ car, but this is a good platform to build off of.
