Many have.. just not getting reports in here I got them in my place. Tracking is dead on. I already accindently did a on a 3' high concrete torture test of the SH4 and its fine... scared the crap out of me in the middle of the night.
I woud say based on everything posted that the scope would be a solid item on anything 5.56 (recoil) and under.
I'll still take a "Broken once" and fixed from a long term company with a reputation over a new optic from a "shilled" advertising spree with only that as a reputation.
Curious about how you drew that conclusion? According to the manufacturer, it's 50BMG rated
I received my EP4 6-24x50. The parallax moves fine, not tight and not to loose. Same with the focus piece. I have not mounted on a rifle as of yet. The main reason I have not mounted the scope is the reticle. The thing just bugs me. I wish the center dot was bigger like IOR's MP8 or just cross hairs like the S&B PMII P4F reticle.
I order and received the SH 4-14x44 because of the reticle, I like the looks of it better the the EP's reticle. The parallax knob and eyepiece are incredibly hard to move on this one. Once again, I have not mounted this scope because of the tight impossible to move knobs. I plan on getting them loose before mounting this scope.
I think that combination of the SH reticle and the EP reticle would be the way to go on the EP line scopes. Use the cross hair and the mil hash marks instead of the ranging marks and center dot that the EP reticle uses. That too me would be a winning combination, along with illumination.

Vortex was once a "new" company as well.
To each his own, I like Vortex.
They are not everyone's cup of tea.
Supporting a new company is the way they become a long term company.
That is in consideration, first things first with this first group of lines and that would be down the road. The reticle designs will be considered based on input/feedback and my FB group runs polls and surveys and we seek out to improve. There are plans soon to come out with the EP4's with the simpler SH4 reticle as well based on requests and some of us feel a marriage of the less the ranging feature might be something that might be considered down the line. Nothing is set but we are listening and aim to develop what the market is wanting. Thanks for giving us a shot and in time we aim to improve and hope to branch out to certain sectors of the shooting needs both in reticles and scope designs.
The scopes are rated to handle up to 50 bmp and there is Arken Youtube videos of them shooting on a SCAR which is known for being tough of scopes.

Typos aside - Not trying to be an arse....Who rated it? What are the specs for said rating? One could mount this on a 20mm recoilless rifle and if nothing falls off externally, then one could say it's rated for it, never mind the internals went random.
Patiently waiting for respected member usage reports. Lowlight tasked it some, I can not recall the rifle it was on. That is a sample of 1

I hadn't thought of the ocular focus, for focusing the reticle. Thats the one adjustment I would want to be stiff.
I hope they are just what you wanted or more I have questions about the amount of elevation they offer would love to know your thoughts after you mount it how it works for you .
I love watching those rounds lob in!! Makes me miss the days of lobbing MK19 rounds in on targets!
That is only a 4-16 EP4 and it is a very compact scope at only 12.2" long but with a 34mm tube
I put the shade on the end of my sh4, but ithink it looks better without it. The way our range sits majority of the day the sun is shining right into the scope
Between the Argos and the Arken I would choose Arken. No experience with the Midas Tac but if the internet is right that is probably what I would choose.
Another new scope in the price range that was just released to look at is the Vortex Strike Eagle 5-25x56.
I though the same way almost after waiting 3 months so far for the scope I almost wish I had went with the Athlon optics they have them in local stores no waiting times , no shipping , no delays I'll hold my final judgement till after my arkin arrives waiting is the killer and being impatient does not help . Pandemic aside my direct order to a Chinese company for 3 more lab jacks only took 7 days to be delivered and all my amazon orders still arrive with minimum disturbances 1 out of 6 orders took an extra day , it appears to me it more that it's firearm related delay rather than where its being shipped from delay .
You aren't getting it anytime soon with COVID19 and restrictions on Chinese goods.

That Vortex actually looks like a really nice scope reading the specs. I’ll be really interested to see what people think of it once some reviewers get their hands on it.
Yeah but they do have a disclaimer stating there is a 7-8 week delay...that’s been on there for a while.
Sounds to me like a lot of people are abandoning China over this one. I wonder if a LOW design could still be competative with the EP series pricing... I doubt arken would jump ship on them but who knows...
Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with the Trex stuff? I watched his review of the Arken and other optics. His old reviews seemed much better. Joe's stuff makes me laugh and I like that he even looks at lower budget stuff.

I rather pay a premium than to give Communist more money which creates power so that they can continue human rights violations...unfortunately we can’t escape it all but you can lessen the demand.
