How pathetic would a man have to be to crawl back to the job other than to get the back pay after what they did. Without searching for the ruling, I'm guessing it is for the state employees. These people would go back to their gov't jobs working to fuck the productive class once again. They are pathetic.
To take the other side of it, they could get their back pay, work on their resume and Ron Swanson it until landing at the new destination. Might tick off the right kind of people in the process as well.
I know @pmclaine is not in New York, but hopefully this will be a sign for you to get your job back. If nothing else, maybe long enough to officially retire.
