I always hate it when there is a big mystery around a persons premature passing when they're fairly well known. My first thought it that it was something embarrassing, suicide, drug overdose, ect. I've seen it before. I hope that folks can get some answers to end the speculation.
And for the record, I highly doubt his passing was due to the something embarrassing. Guy had a lot going for him. Great family, beautiful wife, good business, and a lot of great friends, i'm positive there are going to be a lot of folks that are going to miss him dearly.

I met Neal and his wife Casey and family on the salmon River a few years ago. What a great group of people. This is pretty tragic. He was a good guy. A good father (I think he had 6?, two for sure with his current wife Casey). I reached out but haven’t heard back and don’t expect too. Services are on Sep 17th. Sad to hear this.
She has an excellent point, appearing to have a perfect life doesn't mean that a person doesn't have demons they are battling. Damn.

Absolutely. That’s why we should pause and think before we react towards people of all kinds. You never know what anyone is going through. Things effect everyone differently and some can hide their pain very well.
I had just heard word through the industry. We used to work in the same circles. But clearly that info was wrong. Why I hate speculating when you first hear about things, even though we all do it from time to time.
