Rifle Scopes night force elevation??

on their website they are saying 30 moa elevation adjustment on their 3.5-15/50 f1 nxs dose this mean total or one way????
probably stupid question but input please???

That's not what it says. It is total though.

Internal Adjustment Range: 110MOA elev. 80MOA wind. 30Mil elev. 21.8Mil wind.
