    Hey all,
Purchased a TacSol TSS a week ago Friday and received my “Ready to Certify” e-mail on Tuesday. Odd part is I never received a Docusign e-mail like in the past. Question for the gurus is this… Is Docusign no longer a thing for individuals aka my pin # is my signature (Certified in person)? The .pdf I received says “electronically signed (SELF)” or am I boned in 60 to 120 days?

    When did that change?
Not sure. I ran into the same issue earlier this week. I contacted silencer shop and that was the response I received. Keep in mind this is for individuals only.

When ready to certify (you have to add and purchase your tax stamp first under the services tab), they will reference your ATF Eforms and you will have to enter your pin.

I got a Docusign on 4/23 for a resubmission after my citizenship "oops". That's why I was curious. Seems like it has changed in the last 2 to 3 weeks.
They could have mis-spoke, but I asked the exact same question as the OP after not receiving a Docusign in 24hrs. That was the response they gave me. No docusign for individuals. Now when going through my FFL and preparing to Efile, I will have to go enter my eForm pin for the ATF, but that is not the docusign.

In sure SS thinks its all pretty cool when they can eliminate steps, but maybe they should inform everyone when something changes.

I certified on the 6th, and had docusign stuff the week prior to that. I do all my stuff as an individual.

Obviously if they did change, it hasn't been long.

This is all confirmed exactly as I said it. The suppressors just went ATF pending, never had a docusign.

They need to update the freaking site then if this is true

    4. Sign the Docusign

Silencer Shop will email a Docusign to you, please review and after confirming its accuracy, please sign the file. This applies to all registration methods: Trusts, Corporations and Individuals.

Yes-and I'm at 125 along with dozens of others from one shop.

This is why I sent the message, because it directly contradicted what that said. It also said to follow up with a message to if you didn't receive a docusign in 24hrs. I did, and then was told it's not needed for individuals. A bit confusing but it is one less step. Now on my Form 4 it does have a line saying I signed digitally, which I believe to be my Pin from the ATF EForms site. Using their full auto software it filled it in.
