I have read the same thing as what Turbo said, it's supposed to be relatively the same thing. The only difference that I've heard is that MRP is supposed to have tighter manufacturing tolerances than RL-22 does. I have been searching everywhere for RL-25 to shoot my 300 RUM with the Berger 230 OTM's(also impossible to find). So I looked up suitable powders in the Berger manual and this MRP powder sits right next to RL-22 in the book. The RL-22 max load is 79.0 grains at 87% case capacity and the MRP is 79.5 grains at 85% capacity. They shoot 2751 fps and 2760 respectively. I figured what the hell, can't hurt, so I ordered 5 pounds of it off of Midsouth Shooters.
Now, since I can't find the 230 grain Bergers, I bought the Sierra 220 grain SMK's to try, and while the Sierra manual doesn't list MRP powder for the 220's, they do list RL-22. I'm going to work up a secondary load using the RL-22 info starting a few grains below the max with the MRP powder and see what I can get. Advertised speeds with this lighter bullet are around 2850-2900 so that's exciting.
