I really wish people wouldn't feel the need to include music in their videos when they clearly don't know how to adjust the quality and bit rate properly.

Well, considering everyone seems to know that cops WILL terminate a pursuit over a simple traffic stop if the speeds get in excess. I'm guessing inconsiderate people would rather put their own lives and everyone else's lives on the line all because they know they can escape a simple ticket just by being a better driver than cops. At least that's my theory.
