I would argue all laws are unconstitutional at this point. The constitution clearly lays out how a president is elected which was ignored resulting in an unconstitutional president that can’t “legally” do a damn thing yet does including giving orders to the military they “illegally” follow.

Most of us understand that many of the federal legislatures weren’t constitutionally elected either yet they, along with the fake president, installed many federal judges and one justice and continue to legislate this country away. It also clearly lays out how the federal gov’t has a duty to defend the border and the states from invasion. Instead this one along with the southern state gov’ts are actually supporting and funding the invasion in clear violation of the constitution.

All 50 states gov’ts pretend this isn’t and hasn’t happened and continue to work with and assist these insurgents at the federal level. Why? The police at the state and local level continue to work with and assist the private and secret police (using your description) of these criminals that unconditionally run this country and who use laws, the court system, and corporate america to terrorize those that oppose them.

The constitution is long dead. It’s a relic of the past and in my opinion was nothing more than state propaganda to begin with. About a year ago, I wanted to put a compact stock (not a brace) and a vertical foregrip on my SIG MPX, so I spent the $200 and SBR'd it. I had three more items with pistol braces and short barrels (LWRCI SMG45, 300-BLK Pistol, 5.56 Pistol) where I wanted to do the same thing and lose the brace and be able to modify them into SBR form-factors ... but I didn't want to spend $600 just on tax stamps. I get why everyone is pissed, but for me and what I wanted to do, this is a $600 "gift" to me from the ATF. I've already done the eForms and submitted. Don't hate me for getting free SBR upgrades, as that's exactly what I want. Those that choose to fight this ... I'm on your side, more power to you, and I hope you win. What we really need is to throw out the whole NFA and start over with only automatic weapons regulated (IMHO). Regulating suppressors is especially stupid !!!

So, you’ve already submitted all this when the amnesty period hasn’t even begun yet? It’s not been officially posted yet to my knowledge. So when does this 120 day period begin exactly because I don’t consider a blip in the gun industry news and a 20 second video of someone saying that this is the rule change really makes it public. I mean if you aren’t following gun stuff all the time you’d never know this was happening. I believe that if the ATF is gonna go through with this then there needs to be a public outreach program that informs people. I know some old guys at one of the ranges I go to, bought these things and I guarantee you, know nothing about this or these laws. if you answer yes to either, you are on a list and they know where to find you. i've been contacted by atf, by cell phone none the less, for a 4473 i filled out in 1991.

A form 1 suppressor is by it's very nature "home-made" That's the whole point of F1
(Just to make sure you aren't confusing Form 4 suppressors).

For a long time, you could essentially buy what was essentially an 80% suppressor kit, file your F1 and then on approval, engrave the tube and finish milling it into a functional suppressor.

The ATF was fully aware of it and was actually working with some of the bigger kit sellers to make sure all was on the up and up.

Then one day the ATF decided thanks to political pressure (and too much popularity / youtube videos) that all those 80% kits were actually illegally manufactured suppressors and you had to make your suppressor yourself from essentially bar stock or common pipes only.

Then they proceeded to contact quite a number of folks that had purchased them and filed a F1, paid the tax stamp, gotten approval and were happily using said devices and said, sorry but turn them in or else. We don't care we gave you a stamp, we consider it was illegally made before you got it so you can't register something illegal already, bye bye to your item and tough luck about that money for the tax stamp.

If you still want to argue that it didn't happen, knock yourself out.

FBI agents demanded Kennemer “drop his rifle” as they exited the approaching vehicle. Kennemer responded asking if officials had a warrant, and to show him.
Agents instead began tossing a series of flashbang grenades at the 67-year-old after which Kennemer realized a group of targeting lasers on him that forced him to lay down his weapon.

Kennemer said it wasn’t only members of the FBI present, but ATF and SWAT, too.

“All present I would say upwards of 100 agents, at an astronomical cost to the taxpayer, were on site,” Kennemer said. “The warrant wasn’t even a ‘no knock’ warrant. It could have been served with a simple knock on our door during daylight hours.”

During this time, a plane was circling the property as well as drones, according to DeWolfe.

The couple said they immediately contacted the Hays County Sheriff’s Department about everything that happened. They also wanted to file an incident report on the damage that was caused at their property. However, they were met with disappointment when they said sheriff department officials did not meet with them.

And not one state governor, county sheriff, city mayor, or city police chief has done a damn thing to stop the 6:00am raids on innocent people. I would bet everything I have that everyone I mentioned knew beforehand and didn’t give a fuck. Here is an example near me of federal terrorists allowed to attack innocent people.
