Im sitting hear listening to the media speculating Trump will claim mental incapacity, 25th Amendment, Pence will become POTUS, pardon Trump, than Trump will claim he is better and resume POTUS.........yet election fraud is fantasy?

No, they didn't. They NEVER ruled on the merits. They just kicked the can down the road by booting the cases on jurisdictional and standing issues which, were iffy at best. The evidence is overwhelming, including the number of affiants who have come forward as witnesses to the fraud. And, the fact they are doing everything they can to to keep forensic auditors from looking at the Dominion machines speaks volumes. And, there are hundreds of thousands of votes that don't have a paper trail. I don't know about you, but I don't have to actually step in bullshit to know it's right in front of me.

Well I'm far from a "commie" (and based on experience, many of use that term incorrectly), but my opinion is the stimulus bill is misguided, bloated, and hardly useful. So about par for the course.
I will answer then...
I think the stimulus was terrible. I generally favor the least amount of spending. And I mean least, but if the government keeps people from working, they need to make them whole. But that should be a direct transfer, and have nothing to do with Pakistan, California or any other fucked political entity.
As to whether I think Covid is real, yes I do. That doesn't mean I think that there haven't been massive power grabs and attempts to use it to reshape our society in a negative way, but those two are related and not the same. I have said I don't have a problem with wearing a mask in stores. It isn't much skin off my ass, since I am in stores about an hour every three months. I don't even think they work well as used, but I think there is a difference between them being useless, and them being useless as used. I also think that a lot of stupid people see them as a talisman against disease, and that leads them to do other, riskier things, and thus the mask can be a net negative.
I don't think there was a massive conspiracy to steal the election. I don't think that Trump colluded with Russia. I think Barack Obama was born in the US. I don't think 9/11 was an inside job. I think that the people who believe any of the above are cut from the same delusional cloth. I can't wait for the next conspiracy.

What do you mean was it legit? It was clearly illegal. I don't think she should be in jail, not because she is innocent but because I think jailing political enemies is the road to ruin. I don't know why they would have bleached it if it was only about yoga or somesuch, and I don't believe Hillary can do yoga anyway.

It's a delicate situation. I will say the same about the inevitable push to jail Trump once he is out of office. I think it is a mistake to jail political opposition. I thought the same of Nixon back in the day. The same of the crappy ass Mueller prosecutions. Some things aren't as right as we would like them to be, but the alternative can often be even more wrong. It is a very sticky zone.

Well, I bet you won't hear this on CNN or Fox. The Georgia senate just released a report stating that there was so much voter fraud in the state, that there is enough to call a special session and de-certify its electors. Arizona is two senate votes from doing the same thing.
This is a big move. Up to this point, Kemp has been arguing the "no evidence" line, but now he has no excuse not to call the special session. If he doesn't do it, there is a danger for him that enough legislators will override him and call one themselves. The evidence is now front and center in Georgia. If Georgia falls, the rest will fall like dominoes. Arizona is already about to.

I am of two minds as to the question. Do I think there should be a different justice for Presidents, candidates, etc. Of course not. I think it is rotten, and corrupt. On the other hand, do I think that having a general principle of not jailing your political opposition is good for the stability of the nation? I do. I'm not saying there are no exceptions to that, but I am trying to honestly answer your question. I am not opining as to whether Democrats feel the same way. Despite playing house commie for you on here, I've never actually voted for a Democrat, though I can say that had I believed that Trump would go on like this, I might have voted for Biden. Clearly a number of you are not lawyers and don't really understand the legal process. Not every case goes to trial. In fact, very few do. Judges dismiss cases based on the pleadings. Judges grant motions for summary judgment. If you lose a motion for summary judgment you have lost a case on the merits. A judge has carefully reviewed all the evidence you intend to present and concludes that, as a matter of law, you don't have a case.
The fact that numerous judges have dismissed cases brought on behalf of Trump isn't a good thing if you're a Trump supporter. It doesn't help you. What it says to anyone who is a lawyer is that your case is so lacking in merit, your evidence so flimsy, that it simply makes no sense to continue with the litigation. Again, in many of these cases Trump did submit his "evidence". It would have been malpractice not to since everyone understood that if Trump lost it was all over for him. And yet lose he did - over and over again.
In fact, in some of these cases, while Rudy was screaming "massive fraud" over and over in his press conference, when he actually was questioned by the judge if he was alleging fraud, he backed down. You know why? Because he realized that if he made these allegations in court when he knew there was no credible evidence to back it up he would be subject to sanctions under Rule 11. (Look it up).
And LRRP - you haven't responded to any of the factual statements I made about Trump, all of which are true. And that's not even getting into the allegations of rape, the pay-off to porn stars, the pussy grabbing, etc.
You also clearly know nothing about New York City in general or what Manhattan was like in the 70's and 80's. Fred Trump owned apartments in Queens, not Manhattan, different boroughs. It was his son that started moving into Manhattan. And trying to break into the social scene there.
During that time all the people Trump was associating with were doing massive amounts of cocaine. I can all but guarantee you that he was as well (when he wasn't cheating on his wife). It would also be fair to say that he was considered something of a joke at that time and a frequent object of ridicule. Might be fun for you to dig up old issues of Spy magazine from that time.
