I hear you, quite a few people around here have the same thing. My family is pretty darn small, both the wife and I are only children and my son is an only child, I did however get a new daughter in law a few weeks ago, and she is in the medical area.
The pressure they put on her was just insane, just out of school, huge pile of debt looking you in the face, you get your first job and they hit you with this you have a choice jab or no job. Being 24 and in that spot she caved. My son was not happy about it as well, but it does seem to not be hitting females as hard as males. So odd as there are no differences between the sexes right? She just got the first but never any boosters, as things had already started to fall apart when that came around.
The thing the really ticks me off to no end are the "no refunds" people. Yea I get it, but in some cases the pressure was so much people did crack, and they know just how to apply that pressure.
Only plus I see is the longer this goes on, and the more people know about it, I hope people will be smarter next time around, and make no mistake there will be a next time.
And that spins into media, they (the media) run around saying why don't the american people trust us. Well look around, look at what you do cover and what you don't. There is your answer.
And that is the reason behind all of this "misinformation" bullshit that is going on. Before they (.gov) had total control of the info that went out. Today with so many outlets and the internet, they can't keep the lid on it. So they are looking for a way to shut it down. So "free speech" and misinformation all come out in many forms, from election deny to the covid deal.
Think about everything you know about any subject, then think if any of that came from a "old school" source. Chances are no, and those trying to run the world don't like it.
