This whole thing is a dumpster fire, but it is by far not the only one. We have “crises” in Ukraine while the draft gets floated around in the media, illegals doing all kinds of crazy things stressing the people out, financial problems, voting corruption issues, various viruses constantly threatening to kill everyone.

See a trend? How to you cause change through unrest that brings about another “solution”? Constant 360 degree pressure that emotionally wears on the unaware and actually herds them in a certain direction. It’s not hard to see. This Trump thing has been in the works and won’t stop, it’s another shiny object that adds stress - at this point he is on the ballot so it’s not like he can be removed for anyone else to jump on the ticket. So it’s just theater for the gullible with respect to the election.

In places where law-abiding citizens are allowed to carry firearms, we estimate that armed civilians stopped 51 percent of active shootings over the past decade. Over the last five years, that figure was 53.1 percent.

The FBI dataset is missing so many defensive gun uses that it’s hard to believe it isn’t intentional and the fact that they never correct mistakes that are brought to their attention is even more damning. All the while, the news media unquestioningly reports the FBI’s numbers, actively distorting the truth regarding the pivotal rule responsible gun owners have played in preventing crime and limiting casualties during mass public shootings.

I knew some NFL level players, they're white, and they were fucking stupid as hell. They were lower end guys who did special teams stuff and didn't last very long. They went through their fucking money fast and left with nothing but debt. Also, no job prospects at the time they left. Meet them through a friend and one is his brother. The friend was smart and his bother not so much.

Sports culture is supposed to be 'bro' culture. Glad most of MMA is still that way, that is why I like to be on Sherdog and other MMA culture hubs as well. MMA and the gun forums actually have a lot in common and there are tons of cross-posting members on both spheres. Rowdiness, partying, drinking, "offensive" and lewd humor is what makes it fun. Pro-football was once like that as well until the snowflakes took over the leadership. If one has such thin dainty skin that they are offended by it, they should stick to a regular paper-pushing 9-5 and stop ruining shit for everybody else.
