Personally I think the way Matt handles himself in congress is un professional. He is protected and the son of Don Gaetz. My Grandpa was a B-17 Pilot stationed in England and was also in Korea as an instructor, he used to play cards with the crew of the Enola Gay. In 1957 he was push out of the military for helping local Blacks register to vote. The Brass attacked and punished him for helping people. My other Grandpa was a Chief master Sergeant when he died in a home built aircraft. He was on of the men on the Ground for the Plum Bob nuclear tests and was exposed to high levels of Radiation. So In that I don't have a lot of trust in the military establishment not to completely fuck people over. I don't trust politicians either regardless of Party.

Talked to my friend that recently went through a tough bout.
Back to work but his lungs are still a mess...that condition where as long as you dont talk and breathe shallow you are fine but if you talk you can get about three words and than need to cough,,,,,bet it takes three weeks to a month before that goes away. Ive experienced it before and it was just called a respiratory infection back than. Probably as deadly as covid.
Anyway when he got to the point he went to the hospital he was met with attitude because he was not vaccinated. staff telling his wife how sick he was and he would be on a ventilator.
He spent a couple days in there with them giving him remdesiver and having him stay on his stomach.
He got tired of it, told the doc he wanted to be released, and he went home.
I think he did right.
