How very telling that these code enforcers refuse to provide their own personal identification. What's going to happen next is that the restaurant owner will be reported to the local authorities who will issue the threatened fine. If the restaurant owner doesn't pay the fine then there will be an escalation of force to ultimately include forced incarceration and bodily harm if he refuses to comply. Despite everything the code enforcers are saying here, their government's ultimate game has nothing to do with reason or persuasion, it is about force.
