What exactly constitutes a public health emergency? Small Pox certainly was at a 30% lethality rate.

Covid kills less than 1 out of 100 who catch it. Hardly the same scenario as small pox.

The answer I got when speaking with the lawyer folk for our group of LE was that I'm absolutely right but till it's argued in court it doesn't mean shit.

And arguing stuff in court, especially in liberal states can be extremely costly and you lose in the end anyway.

Not really an answer I wanted to hear. So apparently they can just apply case law that's not applicable at all and unless somebody's got the money to challenge it... it stands.

Wonderful, and lawyers fuck us all over again.

My bosses answer to that is chicken pox, which kills hardly anyone, is a mandated for school vaccine.
