Now if I decide to purchase a new firearm and the system has some kind of error, they are going to start a criminal investigation on me. What a waist of time and my tax dollars!

What I am saying is that the system is rigged. Go ahead and find a few doctors that are willing to give up their careers and a high dollar legal team that is going to take on the government to get a case put together. After a few hundred thousand dollars of legal expenses the rigged court will throw it out. They will use one of a hundred different reasons to dismiss it. Even if you get it past that by some miracle it would be appealed. Your legal team will want more money and you will get the same thing at the appellate court. But you just might get past the appeal court with a ruling and it will be appealed again and again for years. Until the SCOTUS says sorry they have immunity.
