there are going to be those who are going to show being harmed through coercion. Think about those people who were denied medical treatment, transplants because they were unvaccinated.

I know two people that died because of delayed medical treatment. That's a different story than what the topic is.
not really a different story at all. all they have to do is show that you were harmed by these policies or the "forcing" of you to take the vaccine to participate in society.
Hypothetical: your kid is 8 and was forced to be vaccinated to attend a public school. its the law that your kid goes to school. your kid has a VAERS event and has an adverse reaction. how can anyone argue you werent forced to vaccinate that kid?
