Like ya said, depends what they use. I sure wouldn't want to be sitting in some Fema tent waiting to find out while the feebs investigated.
The fear and panic it would cause alone would be FML for first responders in the area, hospitals, emergency response, etc. Every asshole with a rash would show up thinking he was exposed and you'd have to treat him as such till proven otherwise.
This was part of my point, perhaps not worded well, it's not that it does much damage, it's that you have to treat it that way even though it hasn't and what that means in terms of resources.
Regardless of what they use, I wouldn't want the shit on me before I headed home, ya know?
