Thanks again to all of you for the prayers and love for someone you don't even know. This is true faith.

We are slowly recovering from our loss. Each day we're a tiny bit better. We'll never be the same though. Please continue to pray for my daughter-in-law and the 2 grandchildren.

Not to sound condescending- but how is your overall health? How are your stress levels? How is your diet? Exercise?

You may be able to make some lifestyle changes that would have a huge impact on this.

Stress High (when you are deemed a safety violation for forgetting gear its the ultimate slap), I've lost significant weight (intentionally--health much improved--30-60 mins exercise daily, avg 7000steps) so it could be a number of things. Did blood work today, pointing towards malnutrition--waiting on official doctor advice. Sleep apnea also could be a culprit as it got significant worse as I lost weight (And i call fall alseep arguing in the pit).

Cpap? I have not heard of sleep apnea getting worse after losing weight. Good luck!

Manage the sleep apnea ASAP. Believe it or not- guys with severe OSA mentate like they are drunk.

Also look at any meds that you are taking. Anything central acting will have side effects that may impair memory.

I did pray for the families affected also. Didn't realize that though. Hope all his range days are in fair weather, low mirage, and kind winds.
