These are my two go to rifles. The ruger rpr in 338 lm, and a 1995 winchester model 70 classic sporter BOSS in .270 i dont know much about the model 70 other than it fooled me thinking it was a pre 64 as it has the extractor and the browning boss system is pretty good actually. Never tuned a break for ammo before this.

Nothing exciting, Tikka tac a1 LE 308. Leupold VX3i LR scope, Badger Ordinance rings. Nothing exciting but enjoying it so far. First chassis I was able to get comfortable with. Only put 20 rounds through it so far, took a bit to sight in, but it seems accurate and got better the more I got used to the chassis.

Rem 700 LA
Chambered in .300 win mag
Vortex viper pst gen ii 5-25x50
Timney Calvin Elite single stage set at 1.5 lb
Silencer Co. Break
Diy at home cerakote

Not the most fancy setup, but sure is a tac driver. Only thing left is to fabricate a cheek riser.

Remington 700
308 175gr Sierra HPBT
42.5gr Varget
Bell & Carlson Rifle Stock
Leupold VX-3 8.5-25x50 Target Dot Reticle
Timney 510 Trigger
0.5" MOA Groups at 365 yards w/ hand loads, 3 shot group below (I was adjusting scope settings on those other holes)
I've had similar groups stretched out to 500 so far. Over 5,000rds through the factory barrel and that grouping picture is from a month ago.

I'm looking for accurate rifle I can use for shooting targets at 500+ yards and also deer hunting. Probably in a 308. Most all of my hunting is from stands so I'm not too worried about the weight within reason. Any suggestions?
If I may suggest, you might get more responses if you moved your request to the general Bolt Rifle area. This is primarily a picture area where we show off our rifles.

My Bergara B14 6.5 Creedmoor in its I'm done (for now) state.
KRG Bravo with Aluminum Arca Forend, Spigot, T-Slot Weight
Area 419 Barricade Stop
Area 419 Bolt Knob
Burris RT25 5-25x56 (Suprisingly good for under $1k. But I sure would love an NF or ZCO...)
F3R Machine Mount
Timney Hit trigger set to 12oz
Bergara Muzzle Brake
GG&G Tripod with some "I hate panning" JB Weld handywork
Sitting on my super stable camera tripod...

I recently came across some Hornady Black 140g in Academy Sports and I wasn't expecting great results so I only bought one box to try. I shot 4, 5 rounds groups all under 1/2 moa. This one being my best by .006 moa. I'll be picking up more i guess. I also had some Copper Creek Cartridge Co. 140g Barnes Matchburner that this rifle didn't like, with results of 1-1.25 moa.

So how do you like the Whiskey-3 vs the AT chassis?
I like them both, but they area bit different in feel.
The AT is idiot proof, solid as a rock with good feel and ergonomics. It has a shorter pistolgrip and needs some add ons to have the same adjustability as the KRG.
The KRG is more refined, better ergonomics and all the adjustability you could ever want right out of the box.
There is no difference in accuracy with the same barreled action used between them.

Thanks, I'm considering an actual AI AT and I'm trying to gather as much info as possible.

I am also considering upgrading my Bravo to a W-3 back end.

The AIAT is a great rifle, the action is slick as snot. Your Bergara build looks nice as it is, but if you feel that you need the extra adjustability and maybe the hinge so you can fold the stock, then the W3 backend is a great option. I run one on my Sako Trg 22 as it is.

Finally got out to the range today, been about 2 months.... It was late in the afternoon and really sunny out, almost blinding...

Added a new bag rider that pfl338 made for me. Only had time to put 10 rounds down range @ 200 yards.

Cleaned the gun and the first 5 on paper (200 Yards). Really hard to see with the bright sun :(
