Picked up this Barrett M98b 338LM last month.
Changed the grip, cut M-Lok into the forend with a CNC mill, and Cerakoted it. Currently working on a barrel extension lug for other caliber options. Then she'll be a poor man's MRAD...

My 6.5x47L build. KS Arms action, Benchmark barrel, Trigger-Tech trigger, Cadex chassis, NF scope, LRA bipod.
Started out as a Remington 700 SPS Varmint 308 Win. 26" heavy barrel. Leupold Mk 4 4.5-14x50mm LR/T scope on a Leupold one piece 20 MOA offset base. Put a B&C M40 stock, Timney trigger and large bolt handle.
Remington 700 5R 223 Rem. 24" heavy fluted barrel. Older Leupold Vari-X III 4.5-14x50mm Long Range scope on a Leupold one piece 20 MOA offset base. It came with the B&C M40 stock, I put a Timney trigger and large bolt handle on it.

I dig that. Thats what I need to do to mine. Never thought about changing the grip out, I always figured it was some Barrett proprietary shit.

Just finished up a couple more rifles that we be headed out to new homes! The guys in the shop are KILLING it with getting all the rifles built and test fired. Here is a Sniper's Hide Training Rifle in the tried and true .308win Crushing it with the new Peterson Load Match Ammo, and a Rem700 Custom in 6.5CM 20" heavy fluted proof research barrel and again tested with Peterson Loaded Match Ammo, SHADOW 6 Jim Gilliland series rifle in .224 VALKYRIE, a Sniper's Hide Training rifle in Left hand going into test fire. We have a few more going into test firing next week. Then switching gears a bit and running a batch of HK pistols for LE and CiV!!! If you don't know APO in our Custom Shop does RDS/ Red dot sight pistol installs on HK/ Heckler and Koch and 1911's and few other pistols manufacturers, you should check them out! I hope everyone is having a good week and are able to get out and put some rounds down range!!

6.5 saum 6.5 creedmoor. Just had these for a week. Haven’t got to shoot the saum yet but the creedmoor is a hammer. LRI is awesome, every rifle they have done for me shoots lights out, can’t say enough good things about them. Hopefully the saum will be the same.

None of us are getting younger.... I wanted a tactical type rifle that doesn't weigh more than a sporter. Remmy doner action, Hardy 20" carbon barrel 6.5CM 1/8 and PSE E-Tac4 RSA stock made extremely light , just under 29oz including bedding. The complete rifle with mag without bipod comes in at just under 6.7lbs. The only thing heavy will be a PMII going on it.

I’m new here and new to precision shooting and reloading. I started this affair with a Bergara B-14 HMR in 6.5CM, and that slowly snowboalled into this!
Things are really starting to come together.
I had enough twice fired Alpha brass left to make up 3 of each 10 charge weights, and there are a couple promising loads here. I know they’re not 5 shot groups, but I think I know where to work now.
These were shot at 200 yards, and one of them is the tightest MOA group I’ve ever shot.
This is really starting to get fun now.
