50BMG API went through all 4 layers of steel.

Can hear that API hit the steel in this video (shot is toward the end).

My rifle. It's in 6.5 CM. A friend built if for me. I provided the action and stock, he came up with a Bartlein barrel off of a GAP rifle that had less than 100 rounds down the tube. It finished out at about 21". Nice handy package. It's shooting just under 1/2 a minute right now. I could not be happier.

The builder has dubbed it the "Rat Rifle" and I think it fits. I'm probably going to do a little camo work and I may change stocks, but I'm not sure. Right now it weighs in at about 11 lbs with the scope pictured and minus the can. I've decided to go with a fixed 10x for the time being.

I'm a happy camper.

Here is a .223 offering. Blueprinted rem 700 short action with a 28 inch 1:8 heavy varmint krieger, apa bolt knob, 20 moa base, LRA bipod, Manners MCS-t5a minichassis built by Doyle Englin at Dixie Guns. More to follow.......8-32x56 nightforce and seekins rings on top

My updated TRG 22,

13 y old barrel after 13.355 shots shortened from 26 to 20 inch, still going strong, first 5 shot group after barrelwork was a nifty 9.99 mm center to center.
Premier Reticle 5-25x56 mil-mil FFP scope, Dc sight and ofcourse the mother of all scope mounts, a Spuhr with zero cant.
Replaced fixed stock for a folder and installed the mmrs rail system with 30 moa cant.

Heavy gun at 8.3 kg but very handy and comfortable to shoot, verrrry pleased with it.
Sako is without a doubt one of or maybe even the best factory rifle you can buy.
Cheap, hello no but worth every penny, defineatly a buy once cry once deal.

Grtz,

NK

Travis- Your the man! Nice stuff! Those are shooters! I'm in awe. I thought I had nice guns. I have to re think? You have a VERY NICE collection. Yeah, I'm also "addicted", but I'M not even close to you.///// You might need a "counselor"!, and meetings! Once a week, to stop your "impulses". This is madness!{ A few quotes from my Wife.}

Considering the idiot behind the trigger, I'm really stoked!

My AR50-A1B 50 BMG did the same exact thing last outing with Pulled Mil-Surp API's. First shot went high and to the right, and then the rest hit the mark.

That's 7 shots at 100 yards. My eyes are really bad. Right eye is lazy, so it does not focus and left eye took over as dominant. So shooting right handed with a damn near blind right eye, it's hard to even focus on center at 20x. :(

My wife shoots tighter groups with it than I do. Lol
