Any of you guys have one? Looks like a decent package with all the standard glock mods for about $400. I know PSA is for poors and all that stuff, but let's be real they should be able to make a reliable no frills glock, just like they do ar15s.

I've been curious... I haven't seen any of the big name channels review one yet. For the price, looks like it could be a direct competitor to the M&P Shield pistols and the SA Hellcat. But it's also optics ready, and they've got a threaded model that's ready for an RMR for a REALLY good price. I've been eyeballing them...Especially since over the last few years, they've been stepping up their quality tremendously with their AR's and receivers and fitment. Last year, I bought one of their pistol lowers, and it has virtually no play in the take-down pins, and lockup is super tight. I was impressed.
I am liking the ability to piece together as well. Not paying for parts you don't want and it spreads out the cost a little bit
It's a sample size of one, but I have one (RMR cut with an Ameriglo red dot on it) with about 2500 rounds through it at this point.
The only malfunctions so far have been with some really old Tula 9mm. It eats brass case (factory and my reloads), aluminum case, and Wolf steel cased ammo without a hitch. The trigger was gritty and mediocre out of the box, but had cleaned up nicely after the first 500 rounds and is legitimately decent now. I've cleaned it once, at 1500 rounds.
The biggest frustration for me was finding a holster I liked that fit the pistol.
I have a dagger with 550roubds on it with a threaded barrel. Runs everything fine and has never malfunctioned until you put a suppressor on. I tried recoil springs from 15-24lbs in 1lb increments with several ammo types and it won’t cycle. Anyone know of anything else I can try? Maybe tungsten guide rod? Dont really want to add something like a Neilsen device unless I have to.
What ammo? I only have experience with a G21, but it eats everything suppressed or not. I was going to get a few uppers with threaded barrels, but if the consensus is they choke suppressed I'll go non threaded.
You're gonna fight with it until you put a booster on it, and then it'll work fine.
The can is fine, having an extra 8-12 ounces or more on the end of the barrel will throw things out of wack enough that you need a booster, no matter how good the can. It's not like rifles, where you can just thread on and go.

This is good to hear I just bought 2 compact Daggers via the recent great sale. Coming from a Glock owner who also has 6 Daggers it's nice to read your experiences. Love to support Jamin. Glock 1 year warranty to original purchaser only vs lifetime warranty on Dagger even extended to used/2nd owner....figured I'll give it a rip at 1/2 the price of a retail Glock. Hope I'm not wrong and disappointed, but have read a lot of positives out of Dagger owners.

I have one that came with a red dot and threaded barrel. No problems unsuppressed but I had to put a different recoil spring for it to run consistently suppressed. TBAC fly 9 and another can both. I can't remember the brand off hand right now I can edit it in.
Overall a solid purchase especially for the price. Definitely not a replacement for my CZ and VP9 though.

Been a Glock Fan for Years, but bought the threaded upper with rear sight behind the red-dot and both frames (G17 & G 19 like) to try. I had issues with some remanufactured 115gr and changed recoil spring to one that was 2lbs lighter. Fixed that issue and since then it has worked flawless with any ammo. I used to carry a Glock 26 or 9mm Commander size 1911. But now carry the Dagger. It feels good in the hand, points nicely and I like having a red dot with my old eyes. Probably the best gun on the market for the money. Recently bought another upper with out the threaded barrel since I hade the extra frame but haven't had time to try it out.
I picked one up by putting together an upper half and a lower that were both on sale and honestly can’t believe how nice it is especially for the money. The slide came optics ready for RMR pattern and I ended up with the complete dagger and a Holosun 407 for about $500 total. The Holosun was also on sale at PSA. So far I’ve taken it for 3 range trips and shot it along side a Glock 17, Sig P226 and Springfield Prodigy.
The grip angle and shape of the frame fit my hand better and point better for me than a Glock and it shoots really well. The main complaint I had(and that I saw from reviews is the trigger). To me it doesn’t feel any worse than a regular Glock gen 3 trigger but with a hinged trigger safety instead of a blade type safety. I swapped out the stock trigger for a Glock performance trigger and it’s really nice to shoot now. It’s my first time using a Glock performance and it completely changes the feel of the trigger to not feel like a Glock trigger and only cost $100. You can buy a dagger, upgrade the trigger and you are still cheaper than most other hand guns and anything that come close to being as nice.

Funny I have an old German stamped frame/US made slide P226 which I think is going to be sitting at my house on range days now. Dagger feels great with my natural point of aim....will see how I feel on the trigger thanks for chiming in. I put the short reach trigger on my P226 that was really nice, but dang that DA first round has got to be north of 10lbs.
Yeah, I love my Sig P226 and used to dabble in 3 gun competitions and used it for that. Spent a lot of time to get decent at getting through that first DA trigger pull. If I was to do a 3 gun or other competition now I would use my Prodigy but I no longer have enough free time for that.
I agree the Dagger is surprisingly nice to shoot and for me points really well.
Did you have to do any fitting to get the Glock Trigger working? I tried the performance trigger at the Glock booth at the NRA show in a G45 it was very nice. Better than the Zev in my G34.
Yes, they are made for the Gen 5 Glocks. The rear trigger housing thing has two ears that stick down further than the Gen 3. The only thing I had to do it trim those ears off to make it fit and work. Evidently a lot of people are doing that to use the trigger in non-Gen 5 Glocks. Just compare it to the trigger housing you are removing and trim off the part that sticks out lower than that one.
Print your 2A - 3d printed grip modules in the case of a Glock. The fosscad subreddit is also great info.
I have two daggers ,1 compact and one full size ,much prefer the full size, changed the trigger out on both , the compact got a zev and the full size got a timney alpha gold , both are big improvements over the stock triggers and they weren't terrible triggers to begin with, I also used a dremil tool to remove the finger groove on the front strap because my hands are so big that it hurt my middle finger ,also rounded off the trigger guards sharp edges so they don't bite into my finger so much ,but other than that they've been good pistols , I carry the full size more than my G27 now even though the glock conceals better.
