Run of the mill PSL but it has a rare PON-5 Night Vision scope. This scope was designed for urban combat and made in Bulgaria. This one came out of the U.K. That's all the info I could find. The scope does not sit over the bore...it is offset to the left almost as if it was meant to be used with the left eye of a right handed shooter...I mean really offset...more than an M1C Garand mount which is only offset to allow charging the rifle. Is this some weird Soviet trick where you shoot with your keft eye to preserve night vision in you right dominant eye?
