So I'm trying to get to the bottom of a question I have regarding a USO SN3 3.2-17x scope that I bought last year. I was one of the first to receive the CMG True MOA reticle thinking that the turrets would match with true MOA. Now that I've shot it for the past 12 months, I'm not so sure.
I believe I received the scope about the time when USO was beginning to offer TRUE MOA options but I believe the reticles came first, then the turrets for TRUE MOA. Thus, I think I might have received a TRUE MOA reticle with IPHY turrets. USO is now specifying on the build sheets to remove any doubt but back when I ordered this, it didn't specify one way or the other. The fine folks at USO have offered to check it out for me and confirm one way or the other but I'd rather not uninstall and ship if I don't have to.
What is the best way to test this at the range to confirm what I have? I have access to a 100yd and 200yd locally.
