I was going for a Wild Turkey thread - alas disappointed once again 
The man does an excellent job of clearly describing the relevant legal issues involved and begins with a good historical summary. Pay attention and that 15 minutes will pass in a flash.
Maybe talk to your doctor about adjusting your ADD meds?
I did watch it.
Basically it comes down to, if the existing laws do not cover what you want to regulate just change the law. And no you don't have to wait for congress to do what they do with laws, that pesky constitution is outdated and stale anyway. Trust us we are an unelected .gov agency, we know what is best for you and have to answer to no one, just ask JFK when you see him.
Some of that is my own ranting.....but it does get the basic point across.
