Rifle Scopes Redfield battlezone 6-18x44....opinions? reviews?

I cant comment on the battlezone, but I am a fan of the Redfield Revolution line of scopes. They are damn tough and made in the same plant as the Leupold scopes. They have the new Redfield Revolution Tac, which looks like a Redfield version of the Mark AR mod 1. The turrets are very similar to the P5 on the Mark AR and the reticle and turrets are MOA/MOA.

This scope is only 3-9x40, but for most shooting should do the job.

I picked up a couple of these for my .22 and .17HMR Savage TRR rifles. For their intended use they seem to work well. The glass is pretty clear, comparable to a Nikon M-308 scope and so far they have held their zero and were able to be returned to zero after adjusting the knobs.

They can be bought pretty cheap too, I gave 225ish each for both of mine shipped to my house. They are a cheaper scope though so the elevation and windage knobs are pretty easy to move and their clicks aren't real firm. They also don't have much internal movement so using a 20MOA base probably isn't going to work.

So far I liked the first one enough to buy a second one, but again I just have these on rimfires. I haven't had a NF or S&B or other real expensive scope so I can't really compare. My best scope is a Sightron SIII in 6-24 so take my evaluation as just that a guy who has only ever had cheap scopes! :)
