Rimfire m40 clone

Hi Im new here and am looking at the options avalable to build a look alike m40 rimfire. Has anyone ever done this and or have any recomendations? Thanks

I would guess that a 40x single shot or repeater with an a5 mcmillen stock and a bull barrel and a new bottom metal and have a good smith put it all together for ya would be the ticket.
Mount some nice glass on top and you would have a fullsize m40a5 rimfire trainer.

Although, it's gonna cost ya LOL

I have a 27" heavy barrel take-off from my non-CMP 40x, pm me if youre interested, it could be a start to your m40 rimfire build.
