So, let’s get this straight. The federal government shields Pfizer from liability. Gives it billions of dollars. Makes Americans take its product. But won’t let you see the data supporting its product’s safety and efficacy. Who does the government work for?

My wife has been becoming a fan of RFK Jr. she just emailed me something from his site.
We were just talking and I was mentioning how his reputation is rising.
The govt is fucking this shit up so much that people are going to get "woke" but not in the way they expect.
I had just made the comment to her about Kennedy being a little "out there" a few years ago about the connections between vaccines and autism but than I said "Why shouldnt we consider he was right? (She) and I were vaccinated at a time when allergies were not the norm and autism was unheard of...why and when did that change?"

It’s not so much that vaccines and autism correlate, it’s that the normal childhood vaccine schedule is too much too fast that’s the correlation.
My wife's sister's husbands mom, she was in her late 60's (I'm bad at what that makes her to me) got a normal seasonal flu vaccination about ten years ago and we tried to get her into the accelerated claim process.
She ended up in a wheelchair.....
Basically the vaccine stripped the myelin off her nerves....
Kind of like stripping the insulation off the wires in your entire body.

Heard an attorney on Tim Poole’s podcast saying usually in trials a long jury deliberation usually comes back guilty, short come back not guilty, and the stuff about the two people could be BS stalling.
The two people thing is alleged…by a conspiracist that has been wrong before. I’ve seen nowhere else that that has been verified to make that a fact.
Also the length of deliberation equaling guilt verdict is rule of thumb. The reality is…no one knows for sure how it’s going.

My guess.. just like the rest of the US, the two sides will never come back together.
I'm hoping the jury comes back with not guilty of all charges, but I think he's got a friend in the judge. Meaning that the prosecutor has self inflected wounds in the case that the judge calls for a mistrial with prejudice. I'd say there's a 60% chance for that to happen, BUT this is America in 2021, so logic doesn't always play into the outcome of many events.
I fully expect to not like the outcome.... same as everything else I have seen in the past few years.

Yeah, this long and the Jury is hung. There are dug in heels on both sides. Chances are not good for an acquittal, but conviction doesn't look likely either. If conviction, maybe only on one count (the first douchebag).
Remains to be seen if the Judge has the balls to toss everything with prejudice. I have my doubts.
My guess is that it will be a hung jury. If it was any other murder trial it would have been a quick acquittal.
One would have to be living under a rock to not see that the jurors are being intimidated. They are worried about their safety, their families and homes.
We saw how the intimidation worked to get a conviction on Dereck Chauvin. It might work here except the video evidence and testimony all points to self defense. It wasn’t that clear cut in Chauvn’s trial.
That’s why I’m predicting a hung jury. They’ve been out too long for an acquittal.
All the defense needs is one juror on their side.
