Wouldn't matter even if that was true for two reasons. Regardless of guilty or not guilty, the vote must be unanimous. And the 12 who decide it if tried again won't be these 12, so the vote count/what these 12 people thought is as irrelevant as what you and I think, if it hangs.

If I had to guess....I would guess the defense got the better video and slid it in to clearly show Bingers deceit.
You laugh, but when I was on a jury we wanted to convict more than the defendant and we asked the judge about it post trial if all juries felt that way.
