Zero'd my rifle/scope for my new barrel. Loosened the 2 screws on the windage turret to reset it to indicate zero. No success. It keeps moving the internals. Any advise?

Try pushing down then pulling up for a few cycles see if she will let go. Mine had issues as well, very tight tolerances. Eventually she let go and allowed me to rotated as necessary. Don't get discouraged you will figure it out.
