Pretty cool, but I had to deal with Beretta warranty on an s20, and the experience was horrific and never resolved. I love my TRG, but after that I'd never buy another product where I might have to rely on Beretta for customer service. Sako should be ashamed to put it mildly.

First Beretta tried to have me send my s20 to the wrong repair site (one that didn't even service rifles). Then it was returned saying they could not replicate the issue. The issue continued, and became wide spread (poor mag feeding is all over the forums and reviews on the s20) Beretta CS finally admitted they knew early generation s20 mags were defective, but Sako had not approved them to replace magazines for customers, and that Sako would release mag update kits at a later date. Beretta's resolution was to offer me 10% off buying the updated mags at MSRP in their webstore. Fast forward 18 months, they still have no kits, won't replace the mags, and Sako is non-responsive to any inquiries on the issue aside to point USA owners back to Beretta.

Ugh. I’d be writing to my state attorney general asap. I’ve gotten a free engine from BMW that way.

Connor,
I bought my first Sako TRG 22 from you guys about 15 years ago, it's an absolute hammer.

Euro Optic used to sell Factory Sako TRG ammunition in 6.5 CM, specifically with 136 grain Lapua Scenar bullets. I haven't seen you guys or anyone else carry that specific ammo in a long time, but I have seen it on recent YouTube videos. Any chance you guys are going to start carrying that again? I hate to ask you to look into it, but that was the only ammo I ever bought that made me consider not reloading for 6.5 Creedmoor.

I think they probably get away with it because most Sako/Tikka/Benelli products probably rarely need any support. If something is obviously and totally broken it's probably fine, but if you have something like what I had it was horrible and there's tons of stories like mine dealing with Beretta.

Sako has no USA presence it's all through Beretta, which owns Sako Finnland, but Beretta USA just blames Sako. There's really no way to get in touch with Sako directly through email/chat/etc. and the couple of times I've called them as soon as they find out you are in the USA, they just redirect you to Beretta USA.

Not Euro, but Cabelas actually carries this ammo. I was in there a couple months ago and was surprised to see it there, especially since Cabelas has dropped the entire Sako firearm line about a year ago. From what I heard the s20's left a very bad taste in their mouth.....

I picked up a couple different options in 6.5 and 300wm for giggles to play with but have not shot much of it yet.
