Looking for suggestions on a scope in the $400 range for a .223. Will be used for paper punching and hunting coyotes. 200 yards will be the max shooting distance

check out the new Nikon m-223 series. There are 3 different magnification options, and 2 reticle choices. All ranging from $250-$350 bucks. I'm going to put the 1-4x version on my m4.
Also, MidwayUSA has 3-9 zeiss conquest for right at $399. They have arguably the best glass of anything in that price bracket.

Just got a Falcon FFP for my AR (still waiting for the upper and lower) looking thru it unmounted I was impressed with it for the price + it's Mil/Mil I'll get a range report as soon as I get it built.
