Rifle Scopes Shipping A Mil Dot to Canada?

I need some advise here. I have someone wanting to buy a scope that I have listed in another forum. He is in Canada and I am just wondering about the legality of shipping a scope with "military" reticle there.
It may be a dumb question but I just don't want any trouble.
