If all the firefighters and cops had health plans and life insurance from the local government entities they worked for, why do they need expensive lawyers to get them what thier unions already negotiated for? They don't. After 9/11 families were handed checks far above what they were entitled to, at our expense. Disabled and injured 9/11 responders had their healthplans, but insist on more.
I hate to say it, but after the event a lot of people saw a chance to get paid in Class Action suits.
They always drag out the bodies when they want to make a point, and it sickens me.

Yeah, it's all good laugh's until it's YOUR TURN to find a good attorney, then you want the same guy who commands those high assed payouts from 'the man'
