Shot is a 'show' it's not like going to gun show where you can buy things, so there are no 'deals' to be had.

BULLSHIT. While not every one of the vendors aren't there to sell on the spot, I can 100% tell you there are a a huge # of vendors who do sell at SHOT. Believe me, my bank account tells a tale of SHOT 2011!!!

CMMG's new AR-15 50 Cal Muzzleloader. CMMG sure has the pulse of what real gun enthusiasts have been waiting for, for sooo long. Great use of R&D resources in this economy too. Ridiculous really!

I got some swag from a few vendors, t-shirts,stickers, hats,etc, and went on a GREAT tour at Long Mountain Outfitters, they have the best reference collection anywhere. Matt is a walking encyclopedia of firearms knowledge. If you ever get the chance stop by there.Other than that, I got a look at some cool new goodies and checked out some gear.Just got back to Atlanta, time to rest before work resumes tomorrow.

Geissele was selling their SSA triggers for $150. I bought a Switchview for my Leupold Mark 4 (the little lever that locks around the magnification ring to make quicker adjustments) for $40 cash from them. I think they are normally $60 or $65.

thats what im talking about..i know that sales do occur at these shows both retail and great deals for dealers/vendors that are exclusive to SHOT..usually some % off but sometimes they get a bit more creative with freebies

Pacific Tool and Gauge Stealth detachable bottom metal ,same inlet as Badger Ordnance with pillars and screws , no magazine, $99 shipped.
