FYI, when you snake your drain make sure the company uses actual blades. Some just use a hook or loop. Look at it first hand, my old house took me three companies till I found one that uses blades. Makes all the difference.
And if you ever wanna replace it yourself, I’ll come help for free. Not that hard, I’ve done a bunch. 18 years of pro dirt work experience in my past life.

I can replace outside the house if not an emergency. Can do inside too, but takes longer and bigger hassle.

For $24k, you could buy your own (used) backhoe and do it yourself. How do these companies quote shit like that with a straight face?
Probably the state, county or city may require a license to get a permit for the work. Having that license is like having permission for strong arm robbery. Or.. they are the only ones in the area and well.... capitalism.

Same price if paid on CC, cash, or financed (at 0%) for 12 months. Had to look it up.
Wasn't terrible after that, but was “free” borrowing for 12 if paid off.
Sleeving is much less man intensive (they had 6 or 8 guys) and no backhoe to pay for.
I thought it was usually half the price or less?
Does require access to a full size clean out though IIRC.

IDK your AO ground content/conditions but if it isn't that rocky a replacement line could be bored in
(directional drilling) for around 2kish.
I help a family member a bit with this exact technique.
Only ground disturbance is at the drill and at the other end, not trenching from a to b.
