18-20 scallops
1 stick melted butter
1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
Red pepper flakes
Paprika
2 teaspoons Olive oil

Melt butter and add garlic and olive oil
Toss in scallops (will turn the butter semi solid again)
Place in pan
Sprinkle with paprika and red pepper flakes, to taste

Smoke at 225-250* (107-121*) for 45 mins
Use light flavored woods
I used apple for this. It’s the lightest flavored wood I have. Use it for smoking cheese in the fall.

Quick stop by an old friends BBQ joint on the way home from shooting today.
Took off from work early and got some rounds in. Lots of .22, some data on speed on a rifle of mine and my buddies Tikka 6.5 creedmore (I call it his man bun gun ?).

Jammed up my AR somethin fierce.....?
So chopped brisket, some goods, and an IPA made me feel better!

Great minds think alike lol! Did mine with a homemade marinade with chicken thighs and steak. Cooked on the Weber and served with a side of rice.
Before they were cooked, forgot to take a pic after too good!

Looks Great !!!!! My Sons just got ahold of me and they're at my house mowing and weedeating, then they're gonna do up the Skewers on the Traeger, again......... :ROFLMAO:

@Tucker301 - did that burger come with a Prilosec and a Zocor?

@barneybdb did you par cook both the bacon and the grill sandwich a bit before wrapping the bacon and putting the whole thing on the pan?
Not sure how else to get a good cook on the edges of the bacon.
Gonna try this one of these days. Smoked gouda and smoked bacon sounds darn good.
I love a sharp cheddar/gruyere blend in hearty wheat too.
And Lagavulin for dessert...... ?

Lunch yesterday was decent.
I'll eat again Sunday maybe.

White cheddar pimento cheeseburger with jalapeno infused bacon, avocado, pico de gallo, and some other stuff.
A sunnyside egg was optional, but I chose to not overdo it.

I cooked up a tiny pork shoulder that had no fat on it.
It retained the juices but I had to slice it.

Check out the smoke ring.
