Really jealous of you guys. By the time crab or any other seafood gets to Nebraska, it doesn't even classify as bait.
Got to get back to Louisiana for some shrimp and crab omelets. They had a sauce for it I can't remember .

I've got a food saver..........back before the 2016 election, I bought another Colt 6290.......took it apart, sprayed it down with Ballistol.........put it in a big food saver bag, and it is still in my safe.......
Ok, I got this along with a very generous Christmas present from my brother..........I've never cooked one, any and all suggestions will be considered.
I have never cook a5 waygu before but I have watched a ton of this guys videos. He sure as hell seem to know how to cook it.

Leftover steak from the grill last night, thin sliced and topped with mozzarella, salt, and some cayenne pepper. Slapped between Asiago cheese bread and thrown in the convection oven. Paired with some olive medley in Italian seasoned olive oil. It’s nap time
