The Emergency Powers Act in Michigan allows the governor to do almost whatever he/she pleases, but explicitly states that firearms cannot be confiscated.

Assuming that this is actually about the face mask rules and isn't just normal Flint bullshit, maybe it's best to remind people that pulling a gun on some poor SOB store employee isn't the right way to file a grievance against the state government.
