Nice. I would suggest a Bradley cheek riser or one of the drill in kydex pieces from ebay to give you some comb height for a more consistent cheek weldSome crazy firearms in this thread, here's my (humble) and newly acquired Tikka T3x in 6.5 Creedmoor. First bolt gun, so I'm pretty excited to get out and put some rounds through it.
Got it so I can dip my toes into some longer distance shooting, I've never really tried shooting past 150 yards which I did with my duty AR.
Mountain tactical picatinny rail, Vortex Strike Eagle 4-24x50 and Leupold scope rings is all I have so far.
**edited to add caliber

Jrtxc316s is the model number of what you want. The full Tikka model number is TFTT2924A134963B. Muzzle is threaded.Hey guys I went into my local shop to order a 308 t3x ctr in stainless and he said that just the barrel is SS and the bolt itself is not stainless, and the barrel is not threaded. Is this true? From what I've seen elsewhere this is not the case but just wanted to make sure before I told him he's wrong and ordered the rifle lol thanks much
I don’t believe bolts are ever stainless as stainless is less tough than whatever steel they make them out of.the bolt itself is not stainless
Pics here of the model @LeftyJason specified: https://www.eurooptic.com/JRTXC316S-Tikka-Tikka-T3x-CTR-308-Win-S-S-200--barrel-MPN-JR.aspxHey guys I went into my local shop to order a 308 t3x ctr in stainless and he said that just the barrel is SS and the bolt itself is not stainless, and the barrel is not threaded. The .223 ATX clone is coming along nicely
OG T3 action
LRI straight fluted bolt
Birdsong Black-T coated
Sterk handle and custom AI shroud
Honestly pretty hard to tell the difference (aside from the gold knob) from any more than a couple feet away.

With my actual ATX bolt…

Now just need AI to release the T3 inlet… more to come.
Love that bolt shroud. Is it a one off?The .223 ATX clone is coming along nicely

Well, you sure got around to it all right. LOL. Nice setup !!Never got around to it until recently...
Damn that looks nice!An unfired CTR I bought several years ago with the intention of building up. Never got around to it until recently. MDT ACC elite, ZCO 5-27, yo Dave trigger spring, area 419 brake and atlas bipod.

Get a triad stock packThanks for the suggestion(s)! I'll be looking into those, and I had my eye on a Javelin bipod as well.
Going to the range on Thursday to get it sighted in and I'll play around with it to see what else I might need.
Just for reference since your issue has been discussed and answered, the work silencer central did on my marlin xt22 fit my Mask fine without a spacer.I too have had them do the job. Their process in the past was pretty seemless, especially if you catch them at a gun show. The results were very nice.
The only thing to watch out for is if you have a rimfire. They cut the threads too long for my TBAC 22. I didn’t realize rimfire threads are typically cut shorter! So I was forced to source a quality spacer.
Heads up for whomever you choose on that one.
I think the TBAC Takedown 22 is more picky about the length of the threaded barrel vs other RF cans.Just for reference since your issue has been discussed and answered, the work silencer central did on my marlin xt22 fit my Mask fine without a spacer.
I just quit looking and backordered on Eurooptic.Does anyone know where a guy can buy a Sterk bolt handle? I know you used to be able to message him on here, but he hasn't posted in almost a year.
Not sterk, but anarchy outdoors has a swept handle. That's what I'm usingDoes anyone know where a guy can buy a Sterk bolt handle? I know you used to be able to message him on here, but he hasn't posted in almost a year.
I'm aware of the Anarchy. It's not quite right to me. If I can't buy a Sterk I might have to see if I can borrow one and have a local machinist friend make me a few copies. Not sterk, but anarchy outdoors has a swept handle. That's what I'm using
Is there any word that sterk isn't making them? IIRC, he's always been on a bit of a back-order basis...I'm aware of the Anarchy. It's not quite right to me. If I can't buy a Sterk I might have to see if I can borrow one and have a local machinist friend make me a few copies.
I've been on the notify list on Euro Optic for months and @cannoncrossfire hasn't posted for a year. I can't speak to what's going on with him but he doesn't seem to be around. Is there any word that sterk isn't making them? IIRC, he's always been on a bit of a back-order basis...
Should be avaible soon, i think in a month or so, or even sooner. Are these available in the USA? I looked at website and they only showed for a 700 or clone.
Have you check Brownells?Does anyone know where a guy can buy a Sterk bolt handle? I know you used to be able to message him on here, but he hasn't posted in almost a year.

Brownells USA doesn’t carry any Sterk things, unfortunately. Sounds like it may be different for Brownells europe?Have you check Brownells?
Brownells Finland has Sterk, that is strange since i thought that all the products from Brownells Finland is coming from US warehouse.Brownells USA doesn’t carry any Sterk things, unfortunately. Sounds like it may be different for Brownells europe?
Send mail to John.Nothing from Sterk comes up when I use their search function.
You Finnish bastards! LolBrownells Finland has Sterk, that is strange since i thought that all the products from Brownells Finland is coming from US warehouse.
My opinion is that you have far too many parts and pieces for one rifle cluttering up your home. P.M. me and I'll give you an address to dispose of all the extra parts. Your wife will thank you.Now that hunting season is over in Alabama, It's time to play Tikka Legos...
I'm thinking that I want to pull the .284 Winchester barrel off of my main T3X Action and swap either the 6mm CM or the 6.5 CM Barrel onto the action and put it back into the MDT ACC Chassis for the spring & summer.
I could put it back into the manners CF hunting stock, but once you run a chassis gun that's adjusted to fit, it's tough to go back to conventional.
Anyone have any opinions ?
Would it make you feel any better if I told you that I have those parts from 3 different T3 / T3X and a T1X rifles ?My opinion is that you have far too many parts and pieces for one rifle cluttering up your home. I get it. I'm a "poor " who has no problem saving for years to buy top dollar stuff.Would it make you feel any better if I told you that I have those parts from 3 different T3 / T3X and a T1X rifles ?
I started this "Collection" in 2018 so it's not a recent thing.
I'm a "Poor" that pays over time.

Shit half the dudes on this site have maxed out credit cards and $1k/month truck payments.
That's quite to conundrum. That's why I bring home the money and manage all the finances. I see all what she buys, and she doesn't see mine (at least the price I paid for them). lol...At the rate my wife spends, I have to buy when there is money. For some reason, if I save the total never increase...
I pulled the .284 Barrel off of the action today at lunch and replaced it with the 6.5 CM CTR barrel that came off of this action. Now that hunting season is over in Alabama, It's time to play Tikka Legos...
