It got back burnered for any number of life reasons I cant recall and I spaced it completely.

Lemme check it out and get going.

Should be easy enough to get a couple and just do some US flow research.
I will be the only subject. For now at least.
And likely only do 2 limbs with this and 2 with CAT

adding to my to do list.

Curious what you find. I send one to an 18D buddy of mine but as far as I know he hasn’t checked it in the dopler.

I now carry Cat Gen 7 because I can get them free from work (sheriff's deputy). Back in September I was headed back home to MD from PA and popped a hill to see a guy thrashing about on the ground squirting blood. Turns out he was riding his bike when a guy pulling an enclosed trailer clipped him with the fender and kept going. There was no shoulder and he was headed uphill. I turned around and grabbed my small first aid kit I keep in my truck that did not have a tq in it at the time. Wasn't much I could do but call 911 and apply pressure the best I could. I wasn't wearing a belt that day. Fortunately a nurse headed home rolled up pretty quick and stopped. She was also a paramedic with a local fire station and she had a med bag with her. We applied the tq and waited for the ambulance to get there. When I called 911 as I was pulling up on a Sunday afternoon I got the local MSP barrack. The Sgt. Duty officer was an ass and never bother to request an ambulance. He dispatched the call as a priority 3 non emergency crash called in by a 3rd party. The nurse called the chief at the fire house she was a member at and he got an ambulance coming finally after almost 20 minutes. Still took another 15 for them to get there. They had the patient loaded up and were getting ready to head to the landing zone when a trooper finally arrived on scene to handle the crash. Lomg story short as soon as I got home and back to work I grabbed 2 tq and put in my truck. 1 is attached to the drivers sun visor. The other is attached to the first aid kit. Within a month I had 2 more kits put together each with at least 1 tq in them. 1 for my wife's vehicle and a larger one for our camper. The camper has 3 tq init. Lesson learned I wish I had one with me that day but both me and the guy were lucky a nurse came when she did. He ended up losing his leg but survived. The striking vehicle owner called to report the crash a couple days later saying he never realized he even hit anyone or anything until he saw the dent and blood on his trailer. After seeing pictures of the truck and trailer in court I realized I passed him as I was just starting to go up the hill. Time of crash until I got on scene was probably less than 2 minutes and less than a minute before the nurse got there and applied the tq.
