No physical way to calculate the weight without knowing what is used as filler.

My regular bean bag weighs in at 1.4 lbs +-
I have a proto type that will be at Shot Show what weighs in at 2.25 oz. (yep, under 3 oz.)

Need more input from Steve.

Filler is standard stuff. Its the same as whats used the the Triad Wedgie, looks the same as what you use.
