you are prob correct. i was in reserves in 60s and we were given smallpox vax every year. quite out of line with standard practice. nobody ever gave it a thought. would never have occured to anyone to question the practice. years later i still wonder at the why of it.
the covid situation is different. even at the time it was know to be useless and a dangerous,untried and unstudied substance. ie if you were really looking deep into the issue. most weren't at that time.
i guess it would take a huge ucmj debate to straighten out the legality of the order. just me,but i don't see that as being different from an order to shoot prisoners out of hand. that has been done by all armies,including ours. i guess the debate is what should be done with those that give the order,those who refuse it and those who carry it out.
the order to take covid vax is a result of corruption,abuse,stupidity and just plain destructive ass kissing higher ups. just, me but i think disobeying it should be excused.

So the gap has closed a little but still 6.5M voters unaccounted for and the "official" number from the Fed won't be available until around 2026.
The site has data now and it tracks the "official" Fed results pretty accurately. If you're really interested it lets you drill down into individual state results as well.
Definitely an unexplained hump in 2020 that bucks the trend and a smaller bump in 2008.
